Akvavit Clam 3 deler dansk akevitt 1 1/2 del clam juice 1 1/2 del tomat juice 1 dash sitron saft eller sour mix 1/2 dash Worcestershire Sauce salt, sort pepper og cayenne pepper Rør godt i et mikseglass og kjøl drinken grundig. Server med is i et old fashionedglass. Bloody Carioca Ingredients: 2 oz Leblon Cachaca 5 oz Tomato Juice 1/2 oz Lemon Juice 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce Celery Salt (pinch) Black Pepper (pinch) Cayenne Pepper (pinch) Nutmeg (pinch) Onion Powder (pinch) Garnish: Cucumber Slice Glass: Hurricane Glass Bloody Carioca Instructions: Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker. Rim a hurricane, or other tall stemmed glass, with paprika. Strain into the glass without disturbing the paprika, and garnish with a slice of cucumber. The Bloody Carioca drink is made from Leblon Cachaca, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and spices, and served in a hurricane or other tall glass with a short stem.
