After Eight Coffee Ingredients: 1 part Hot Chocolate 1 part Crème de Menthe 1 part Whiskey Coffee (or espresso) Milk (warm) Glass: White Wine Glass After Eight Coffee Instructions: Stir the hot chocolate, creme de menthe and whiskey in a wine glass or an irish coffee glass. Add the coffee or espresso, and fill with warm milk. If desired, add a little sugar. The After Eight Coffee drink is made from whiskey, creme de menthe, cocoa and hot coffee (or espresso), and served in a wine glass or an Irish coffee glass.
